F&Q

How long have you been selling for? I originally registered Inspired Pretties in 2015. I have 2 Facebook pages (one new one old) and 2 Etsy stores (one for digital one for physical items). My facebook page is linked through out the website as well as Pinterest and Instagram. My main Etsy store which has just reached it's 400th sale can be found here (complete with reviews)

Can I send my item as a gift?      Yes! just check the box on your cart page and fill out the required information and your items will be sent straight to the recipient. No worrying about extra postage requirements.  No invoice will be included with gift orders. A note can be added if required. *An actual gift service with wrapping and a card may be added at a later date.

When will my order be sent? As 90% of my items are made to order and some items are quite lengthy I have a lead time of upto 14 days (not including public holidays and some weekends) maybe longer during peak times such as Easter, Mother's/Father's Days, Christmas etc so please take this into consideration when placing your order. If you do need your items sooner please contact me as I am happy to accommodate you if I am able to.

How will my product be personalised?                                                                                       The method used to personalise your item will depend on what it is that has been ordered. All products used to personalise your item are sourced from quality brands.

What methods do you use?                                                                                                            A quick guide is listed below.

*Coffee Mugs: All standard white coffee mugs are printed using sublimation inks. The only exception to this is the 'surprise' mugs, the under part is created with adhesive vinyl as is the text on the tall glittered mugs.

*Glassware: All glassware is done either with adhesive vinyl or sandblasting (etching). All listings should mention which method is being used but a good rule to remember is if it is done in colours then it is vinyl as etching will give a frosted look.

Adhesive vinyl and Sublimation are the two main methods but other ways that could be used is Paint, Foiling, HTV (heat transfer vinyl, used on soft items), Inks, Glitter or Printing. I also offer a range of digital items that are designed for you to print at home.

What is adhesive vinyl and how long will it last? I use quality vinyl sourced from the same companies major sign companies buy from. The vinyl I use is rated to last 5-7 years in outdoor conditions so with a little tlc it should last quite awhile. Care instructions for use include gentle hand wash, NO soaking, scrubbing or picking. I will do a small blog on my own vinyl glassware once I get a chance.

What about the glitter? With the exception of my range of Christmas baubles which has the glitter on the inside (Yay! No mess) all of my glassware has been sealed so it will not fall off when touched. It does have care instructions the same as the vinyl... Gentle hand wash, NO soaking, scrubbing or picking.
