ORDER DETAILS
Please make sure to supply all information (names, dates, colours etc.) needed at the time of placing an order, either in the space provided, the notes to seller box during checkout or a message. Having all the details helps with completing your order on time as there is no hold up while waiting for emails.
Please check that all details are correct, as in most cases, I will copy and paste to help prevent errors. If an error does occur and I am at fault a replacement will be sent no other changes will be accepted for replacement items.
DOUBLE-SIDED MUG
Mugs that show any printing on the other side WILL NOT be included in a single-sided mug order unless otherwise specified. To have print on both sides, a double-sided mug must be purchased. All fonts for names/messages will be as shown in the second picture.
DIGITAL PROOFS
Digital proofs are generally not supplied unless it is a custom design or it contains lots of details (e.g. birth stat items). Proofs are available upon request, but please be advised that this may slow the process down due to back and forth messaging.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are available upon request. Please contact me before ordering to discuss custom designs. A custom design is something I do not have listed for sale already. Please note that depending on what it is requesting a custom design does not automatically mean it is OOAK (one of a kind). OOAK orders will incur additional charges.
SHIPPING INFO
All items are made to order and are ready for shipping anywhere from 3 to 14 business days. Please note if you need your item by a SPECIFIC DATE please contact me BEFORE placing your order otherwise I may not be able to accommodate your request, and it will be shipped within the time frame stated. During peak seasons rush orders may occur additional fees.
PRODUCT ADVERTISING
Please be advised that products may be photographed to show different variations and used on my website or social media platforms. If your item is a gift and you would prefer I not post a picture till after a specific date, please let me know.
